What I Learned From My First Five-Figure Launch (The Hard Way)

Behind-the-scenes lessons from my own early launch that saved me from burning out.

My first five-figure launch was a mess. I stayed up until 3 AM writing emails, scrambled to fix tech issues, and nearly forgot to send the final reminder. But I made the money — and learned what actually works.

Lesson one: nurture beats hype. The people who bought were the ones I'd been helping for months, not the ones who saw my launch post once. Lesson two: scarcity works best when it's real. I offered a limited number of spots because I could only serve that many well. That honesty resonated.

Lesson three: you need a launch partner. I had a friend on standby to handle tech and moral support. It saved me from quitting mid-launch. If you're going big, don't go alone.
